SIMPLERIES offers complimentary jewelry repairs up to 1 year from the date of purchase. Each piece will be inspected to determine whether the damage will be covered under warranty. Should there be a cost for repairs the customer will be notified before proceeding. Please understand that we have the right to refuse repairs that are considered unreasonable.
